Learn about how shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing" can have restorative effects on mind, body, and soul.

Shrinrin-Yoku means "forest bathing." Forest baths are gentle walks that support well-being through sensory immersion in forests and other naturally healing environments.
Join a ranger to learn the basics of shinrin-yoku on a walk through our beautiful Lost Pines Trail.

This program is catered to adults.
No pets allowed.
