Description:

It's creepy and crawly, but it's also so much more! Learn to appreciate the true night life on a guided hike.

Join in new activities every week this month! We'll be creeping through the trail to learn about animal behavior at night. We'll look at a few different arthropods and discuss their roles in nature. Learn to use your night vision and discover the sounds of the night. You may even get to hold a creepy crawly buddy!

Meet: Honey Creek Trailhead

Bring: Water, flashlight, pants, hiking boots

Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with park entrance fee ($5 per persons ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.). No need to register -- just show up!
