Registration is Open: Camp BRIT offers a variety of experiences for children in preschool through fifth grade. Each week long camp session encourages children to connect with the wonders of nature and their local environment through science explorations, artistic activities, and special opportunities available only at BRIT and the Fort Worth Botanic Garden campus.
Bella Goes to Camp
Campers will explore the role of plants as a food source - both their role in the food chain and how people use plants for food.
Age: Pre-K or K children; ages 4-5
Dates: June 10-13 or June 17-20
Times: Monday - Thursday from 9:00AM - 11:30AM
Cost: $90 per child/members, $110 per child/non-members
Little B.I.T.s - Little Botanists in Training
Campers will explore native plants on the BRIT Prairie - tall grasses & wildflowers, and their unique properties and
importance in nature.
Age: Students entering 1st or 2nd grades; ages 6-7
Dates: June 24-27 or July 8-11
Time: Monday-Thursday from 9:00AM - 3:30PM
Cost: $200 per child/members. $250 per child/non-members
My Plants, My Place
Campers will explore the native prairie ecosystem, its history, and the impact a prairie still has on our day to day lives.
Age: Students entering 3rd - 5th; ages 8-10
Dates: June 24-27 or July 8-11
Time: Monday-Thursday 9:00AM - 3:30PM
Cost: $200 per child/members, $250 per child/non-members
