The two Woodland Estates parks were dedicated to the city through the Park Land Dedication Ordinance in 2011. A total of 4.5 acres was donated for public open space.  These parks are planned to be a part of the future Hog Pen Branch linear trail.

AMENITIES

The park located on Killian Dr. is approximately one acre of developed parkland and includes a playground, benches, fishing pond, trail and landscaping.
