Description:

Join us in looking for some of our flying, feathered friends.

Join a Texas Master Naturalist volunteer for an morning bird walk to look for what's on the wing that morning. The walk will take place around the easy, 2.2 mile Randy Bell Scenic Trail.

Meet: Wild Plum Parking Lot. There is additional parking at the DORBA parking lot and Day Use parking lot near the boat ramp.

Bring: Dress for the weather and bring water. Binoculars are highly encouraged, and a field guide is optional.

Note: Unfortunately dogs/pets are not allowed on this hike, we apologize. Park programs are open and free to the public with entrance fee ($7 per adult ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free!). No need to register, just show up. This program is weather dependent.
