Enjoy Ray Roberts Lake by kayak!

Join a ranger to learn the basics of kayaking. All equipment will be provided (kayaks, PFDs, paddles).

Meet: Near Pavilion 2 in our Day Use Area.

Bring: Dress for the weather and to get wet. Water, sunscreen, bug spray. Phones, cameras, and other valuables not recommended on the water.

Note: PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Email rick.torres@tpwd.texas.gov to register, no phone call registration. Limited space available. Single and tandem kayaks available. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult on a tandem. This program is weather dependent. Program is free with pre-registration and paid entrance fee ($7 per adult ages 13 and up, children 12 and under are always free). Park programs subject to changes or cancellations.
