Learn campfire basics and read Christmas tales.

Join us at the Honey Creek Amphitheater and for campfire basics and listen to some Christmas stories read with the ranger. Learn the elements of fire, 3 types of fuel for a campfire, the types of fire for various camping needs, and…how to be sure your fire is out before you leave your campsite. Leave No Trace principles are emphasized. All ages are welcome to attend. This program may be cancelled because of weather or fire conditions. Call the park office for updated information.
