Global Big Day!

Colorful spring migrants and summer resident birds are arriving! Join us for a birding adventure through the open Post oak savannahs looking for birds that make Tyler State park their summer home. We'll also be looking for late spring migrants passing through.

Great for beginners to expert birders.

Recommended for ages 7 and up, no large groups or pets, please. 

Bring binoculars or we have a few loaners. 

Dress for the weather and be ready for a 2-mile walk.
